ULTIMATE K-1 FIGHT CHANNEGE No. 4     „

„    DECEMBER 4-6, 2009 - RESULTS    „

             This event was organized by Croatian IBK ,Croatian ,Kyokushinkai association and KBK"TNT„Samobor.  The tournament was held with a full O.Š.B.Toni Arean inSamobo, Croatia, and was enjoyed by all.  THIS EVENT impressED all fans of K-1 and MMA and prove that each year  the fights become more interested and fighters become more skilled, fit, and more technically and physiclly proficient.  The motto „NO VIOLENCE, 100% TECHNIQUE".

RESULTS:   K-1 TURNAMENT OF EIGHT

1/ 4 Final:

      Tomislav Labas (TNT Samobor CRO) - Neno Cepak (Tsunami-Strmec CRO)

            2.round TKO (2:36sec)

The 1st fight was between  Labas and Cepak was totally dominated by Labas. Cepak was 10kg lighter and  foughtt with all of his heart but was TKO at 2.36 seconds of the second round.

      Jani Vintar (TBK Brezice SLO) - Goran Plecas (Holly spirit-Zagreb CRO)

            2. round K.O. (1:57 sec)

The 2nd fight was between Vintar and Plecas .  Vintar, the young Slovenian was simply too  much for Brezice and this fight ended in the 2nd round at 1.57 seconds via mKO.

      Marko Vidovic (KBK Otok VK CRO) - Lukasz Darowski ( IBK Poland)

            3 : 0

The 3rd fight was  between Vidovic and Darowski.  Vidovic proved more experienced, better techniques and more aggressive againsts his young and inexperienced opponent who showed great determination and heart.  Vidovic won via decision ager 3 rounds..

      Fero „Pitbull" Boban (Styx gym-Slovakia) - Jan Sobolewski (IBK Poland)

            2.round TKO (2:05sec)

The 4th fight was between Boban and Sobolewski.  The seventeen year old Sobolewski amazed all with his good techniques and his bravery but the older and much more experienced Boban stopped him via TKO in the 2nd round at 2.05 seconds.

½ Final:

      Jani Vintar (TBK Brezice SLO) --  Tomislav Labas (TNT Samobor CRO)

The 5th fight was the first semifinal and was between Vintar and  Labas who gave us an excellent fight.  Labas dominate the first round,but Vintar came back in the second round with great attacks for the greater portion of that round and for the remainder of the fight and earned the win.

      Fero „Pitbull" Boban (Styx gym-Slovakia) -- Marko Vidović (KBK Otok VK CRO)

                  3 :0

The 6th fight was the second semifinal with Boban against Vidović.  This contest was dominate by  Boban who won via decision. Vidović, after a good fight against Darowski,simply was not able to fight at that same level and lost chance to be in final.

Final:

                  Extra round 3 : 0

The 7th fight was the Final bought and was between Boban and Vintar, both of whom well deserved to be the finalists. They were so equally matched that after the regular three rounds the judges required ab extra round.  In the fourth round the older and more experienced Boban with more clean strikes/hits was declared the winner.  Vintar, the young and excellent Slovenian was very impressive.

Superfight woman:

       Petra Levičar (TBK Brežice SLO) - Agnieska Reslinska (IBK Poland)

                                                               Draw

The 8th fight was between P. Levicar and A. Reslinska.  For the first time in Samobor we had Females fight. In first round after 30 sec Levicar hits Reslinska and send her to the ground with direct strikes/hits to the head.  Reslinska struggle in that round and needed the break between rounds.  The second round was a different story as,Reslinska had recovered and mounted an attack with good strikes/hits and dominate that round.In the end the decison was for a draw, and was a fair decision.  The audience had the same opinion and give a big applause to both fighters.

MMA:

        Lemy „The Dog" Krušić (MMA Ljubljana-SLO) - Andrija Šančić (TNT Samobor CRO)

               Choking (3:23sec)

The 9th fight was a MMA fight between Krusica and A.Sancica.  They started hardand.Sancic quickly had good position (holding head) but referee is stopped the fight and moved both fighters to the middle of the ring,but not in the same position.He inadvertently gave Krusic a better position which he realized and was able to finished the fight with a choke.

        Karlo Horvat (Enigma-Drenje CRO) - Jasmin Solaković (TNT Samobor CRO)

               2.round TKO (2:11sec)

The 10th fight was between Horvat and Solaković  It started with Solaković dominating Horvat via a  knock down  nd went to the ground, but he was not active and the referee stoped the fight and had both fighters return to stand up fighingt. Horvat with longer reach (arms) then had  many strikes/hits and the first round finished equal.  In the second round Horvat after a number of direct hits had Solakovic on the ground and was in full mount and forcing him to give up.

        Damir Geušić (TNT Samobor CRO) - Uroš Zorić (Enigma-Drenje CRO)

               Armbar (2:10)

The 11th fight was between Geusic and Zoric and was dessert for fans of MMA.  The fight started very strong from both sides and finished on the ground where Geusic with pure technicke with on armbar finished Zoric.  There was very loud applause from the audience.

FIGHT OF THE NIGHT:

       Nenad Šančić (TNT Samobor CRO) - Patrik „styx" Schlesinger (Styx gym-Slovakia)

         K.O. (0:43sec) 12th fight,Fight of the night between Nenad Sancic and Patrik „styx" Schlesinger.

This fight started with Schlesinger landing a hard right hand, but Sancic remained on the feet and launched a counter-attack with knee strikes.  Schlesinger defended himself wellbut Sancic continued to attack him again with the knee with strong direct strkes/hits that send Slovakian to the ground who was counted out.
