Dear respectede IBK Member
         
It is with great pleasure the IBK Board can inform you that Shihan Ralf Fahurn 6th Dan has approved to be Daishihan and have the responsibility for the IBK Kyokushin Karate Division in Germany and he will have responsibility for the First European Kyokushin Knock Down karate Championships and Daishihan Oliver Witte will have responsibility for the European All Round Fighting Championships on the 30 of May 2008 in Germany the two Daishihan will work togheter with the IBK headoffice.

The IBK board wash very happy with the result of the first world championships and it will not have be possible without Kancho Henk Kuipers and his wonderfull family support he has sponsor this great world championships with a lot of time and money and now I think it is time for all IBK member to show that IBK is importan for them and mean somethink. We must show that we are redy to work togheter with the IBK in our heart and that we can show loyalty, friendships and honesty and forgive also when the time is difficult.

In the last year IBK has be working very hard and we are in a fast development statement with many new Dojos worldwide and the new IBK worldwide structure we will be redy before the end of 2008. That mens that the IBK member countrys with big population ( with more then 8 millions people) or member  countrys that is not so active will be divide up in an “Daishihan Committe “with three Daishihan; one Daishihan for  the Kyokushin Karate Division and one Daishihan for the IBK All round fighting  Division and one Daishihan for the IBK kickboxing Division. In that way IBK will have more dynamic activity in every countrys and with good support from the other Daishihan, we can make all IBK member country very strong. But we can’t do it without your help. It is our conviction that each Daishihan will receive more Dojo member and have good prospects to grow with the new structor, but to make IBK succesful and stronger we all must show loyalty and work  togheter.

I am sure that all the IBK member countrys will support the IBK events national or international with friendships and honesty and you will be able to send fighters and officals to the first European championships in Germany and you will send big national team that can show the truth IBK fighting skills and budo spirit.

One the 9th of Febarary 2008 we wil invite all IBK member to the seminar for IBK officals / referee and judges in Rostock. And on the 10th of February we have an Tameshiwari  – The art of Breaking thrughe seminar. It is very importan that all the Daishihan will support this seminar, be cores it is also and prepration for the European championships and for the future IBK.
