RESULTS OF THE IBK SEMINAR – LANGGÖNS, GERMANY

 The IBK-Langgöns Shihan Schedina Dojo hosted an IBK Seminar at the Sporthalle in Langgöns on Saturday, October 24, 2009.

Kancho Henk Kuipers, Dai Shihan Ralf Fahrun, Shihan Don Saint and Shihan Schedina with his Judo Black Belts provided intense, interesting and useful Kyokushin Karate, All-Round-Fighting, and a much entertaining Seminar.  Kancho brings a special spirit to everything he does.  His enthusiasm always sparks others to raise their level of appreciation for our Budo Kai.  The participants put everything they had into matching Kancho’s energy, expertise, and enthusiasm.

This was a most enjoyable day and each looks forward to the next IBK event/seminar/tournament, training camp, etc, where each can continue their journey and improve themselves in the many areas of our Martial Arts.

As always sharing the skills, techniques, fellowship, and joy by all was the highlights of this seminar.  That our IBK members, and especially the higher skilled are always so willing, or I should say enthusiastic, to share their knowledge and to demonstrate true Budo, and real respect to everyone regardless of their station in life, age, gender, and/or skill level is what makes The IBK Special.  It is the members that make it special and we are proud of each one of them.

Hard training, with plenty of sweat, and later the aches were received with OSU and smiles.  These and the progress that each makes by participating and sharing, are what makes our IBK simply the great organization it is.  They meet the basic requirements of Respect to all, willingness to train hard and to share with others, and those have been and will remain basic requirements of every person who desires to be a member of, a part of, The IBK.  These are the standards that Kaicho Jon Bluming holds for all and much higher standards for himself.  That is what makes Kaicho the rightful successor.
