Again an instructive training last Saturday June 16th. A few Kyokushin Scope members of the IBK came to Doorn to be taught by Hanshi Jan de Bruin and the Shihans Ruud Muller and John v/d Werf. The lesson started at 11.00 AM with a warm-up on a track given by Sensei Nico Waerts.

After half an hour the group came back inside and got a firm Kihon lesson by Hanshi Jan de Bruin with a lot of combination techniques. After a recess of 15 minutes the group was guided by Shihan Ruud Muller, who went over the taikyoku sono ichi, ni and san ura and the Gekisai sho kata. The next Kyokushin IBK Scope Training will be next 25th of August.
