It was with great pleasure that I.K.K.O received the visit of Kancho Henk Kuipers on Monday May 4, 2009.

We had the honor to receive a very exciting and intense seminar in Kumite and Street defense; however the most notorious aspect was Kancho’s personality. In only a few hours he demonstrated not only the ability of being confident also the ability to translate that confidence to others. Knowledge and expertise were of course part of what we were expecting from such a high recognized person, but confidence, friendship and trust on people he just met was the key for the seminar to succeed in all the terms.

And with all that trust deposited in us, we can say in simple terms that Kancho Henk Kuipers is not only a Budoka but for over all that, he’s a real friend.
