It is with great pleasure that The IBK Referee Committee herby invites all IBK members to the IBK's International Referee, Corner Judges
and Officials Seminar. This Seminar is in preparation for the 1st IBK Open European Championships in Kyokushin Knock-Down Karate and IBK All Round
Fighting for Amateur's being held May 30 - 31, 2008, in Berlin, Germany.

The IBK Referee Committee recommends that all IBK National Organizations participate in this Seminar.  This Seminar will provide the training for
those participants to develop the abilities and skills to become international world class officials. This Seminar is in preparation for the
first IBK Open European Championships being held May 30 - 31, 2008 in Berlin, Germany.

• 1st Seminar is Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00, February 9th, 2008.
• The 2nd Seminar is Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00, April 5th, 2008.

Both Seminar's are being held in Berlin

These Seminars are available for any IBK member who desires to participate and possibly be certified as an IBK Referee, Judge or Official. The Price
for the Seminar will be 50 EUR including participant Certificate.

IBK A-Class licenses:

An IBK A-Class Licenses qualifies all 2nd Dan's and higher for selection to
work as a Judge or as an Official in the World/ European Championships.
Referee or Chief Judges in the World Championships or the European
Championships must have be Sensei Grade 4th Dan or higher.

IBK B-Class licenses: 

An IBK B-Class Licenses qualifies all 2nd Dan's and higher to work as Corner
Judges or Officials in European Championships. They are qualified to work as
Referee's and Corner Judges, or Officials in National Championships from
Shodan 1st Dan or higher.

IBK C-Class licenses:

An IBK C-Class Licenses qualifies all 1st Dan's to work as Officials, Judges
or Referees in small club tournament.
