Just a quick note to say 'Hi' to everyone from Scotland. The land where men are men and sheep are nervous! Ha ha! Just got a dojo up and running after a long absence and looking forward to meeting up with my old friends (and we are old now!). I’m hoping we will get to one of the camps this year. We’re specialising in MMA competitions for the most part, but are prepared to have a go in pretty much anything! The dojo started with me meeting up to help some fighters with their training and has kinda grown from there. I’m now in a position to have enough students to re-join the IBK.
